Kumma, a young and exciting online media company from Tel Aviv is looking for Customer Relations Manager (entry level position, no prior experience needed).

The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for helping existing clients to unlock the full potential of their business on various global leading technological platforms.

This individual will build trusted relationships with media buyers and campaign managers from the client side to seize opportunities, unlock value and deliver the best solutions.

Main Objectives:

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability of building client relationships and delivering results.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Client Account Leadership: Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients, bring the best of Kumma – training, support, offerings, people and assets – to maximize client value.
  • Commercial Account Management: Drive the evolution of commercial relationship, Maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives and targets.
  • Knowledge Development: Leverage internal and external experience to help build internal knowledge base on competitive landscape, best practices and marketable client success stories.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, quick learner, sales, and marketing enthusiast with an outstanding ability to build business relationships and delivering results.

  • B.A/ BSc degree – A must (Economics/Finance/Business administration- an advantage)
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent English speaking & writing is a must

The Account Manager will be responsible for strategically growing and developing advertiser accounts, by providing in-depth campaigns analysis and online marketing solutions in order to achieve set forth revenue goals and targeted objectives.

Main Objectives:

Analyze and optimize performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet Advertisers online marketing objectives.
